Refund and Returns Policy
Our return and refund policy is limited to defective products, packaging or delivery problems.
Upon receipt, our food quality representative will inspect all items before any refunds are processed. Food that has been defrosted or where the condition of the meal and/or the packaging is questionable, will not be considered for a refund.
In accordance with Health and Safety Regulations, we require the goods in their original, undamaged packaging and still in a frozen state. We cannot accept previously defrosted food.
