Ugo Feluca, with his signature curly moustache, made the most delicious food for his family and friends. His food brought people together. He believed that a large plate of pasta was a starter, insisted that seconds is a hug for your tummy and is officially the proud inventor of thirds (he was way ahead of his time). His family and friends would cheer “It’s delicious, Ugo!” until it was just easier to pronounce “Delugo” with a mouthful of pasta.

The family business continues his legacy with our passion for food and moustaches, although he would turn in his grave if he knew we added pineapple to pizza. His favourite recipes are all on our menu and three generations down we continue to bring happy food to happy people.
